Ariana Pictorial Services(APS) proudly serving multi cultural communities on their cultures and traditions under the Canadian regulations, our trust would be our asset, So there are some terms and conditions to provide our best services to our clients and customers.
Please read this agreement carefully and select the (Agree) or (Disagree) option.
Booking policy:
*Our services have several booking methods such as: online, on call
and in person which you must sign or agree our terms and conditions’s policy agreement before beginning our services,
20% deposit would be required to confirm your booking, 30%at the end of our services and 50% before delivery.
*The 20% deposit is not refundable unless the event or services being cancelled in full for some reason, means not for the reason of transferring to any other services, and or the services being cancelled at least 20 days before the event or services date.
*Behavior:
Our pleasure is serving clients and customers with professional, friendly, different gender, race, color and respectful workmates, whereas we expect from clients and customers to keep a respectful and friendly environment with zero inconvenience and or disrespectful behavior.
Note: in case of any inconvenience mentioned above, we have the right to stop services and leave immediately.
Tactical issues if happening in our services:
We are always using and updating our system to the latest technologies, providing the best quality of your pictorial demands with no issues are our top responsibility, however involving some tactical issues are possible any time in technology which will cause the loss of media, in these cases our responsibility is an alternative service or returning the payment in full,
Note: In case of any troubleshooting we will give one week to our customers to fix as we try our best to provide the best services possible.
Safety:
We are determined to provide the safest services following Canadian government regulations, even though depending on our services likely our operations require travelling, shooting into the nature,wildlife, shores, parks, mountains etc, which may result any injuries or deaths, (APS) will not be responsible of any injuries or deaths happening during our services, the only action will be getting help from 911 or other safety or rescue sources.
Drone operations:
We are certified and licensed drone operators following (CAR) Canadian Aviation Regulations, requesting any illegal or unsafe action during the visual of site operations by our clients and customers will not be accepted, we request all clients and customers to make a plan at least a week before the visual of site operation for safer operation or providing any authorization if required by the Canadian government sources.
Customer privacy and media:
APS has multiple social media such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, youtube channel and our official website for the purposes of advertising, being connected with audience and customers etc, we are able to share news, advertising, new offers etc related our artistic activities, whereas we always encourage our customers and clients to participate sharing their interesting media such as wedding highlights, pictures etc by agreeing and giving authorization we offer 15% discount, otherwise all the customer’s media known as their privacy and will be deleted from our system after 7 days or (one week)after being delivered.
